Continuing to run and work out! Miles are quickly decreasing and I'm loving it. Still fighting my left leg shin splint. Ryan and I went to DICKS (a local sports store) tonight and bought a calf sleeve, which I'm wearing right now. I have also been RICE-ing it. Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate.I have been running about 3 miles a day, but ran 5 miles tonight for the first time in awhile and it felt great!!!

Congrats on getting the 5 miler in. I'm hoping to be cool enough to run more than 3 miles someday!
